RFP After School Programming

MPS is seeking a professional organization(s) who has experience providing high quality, evidenced based after school enrichment programming for students in grade kindergarten through grade 12. The after school program must address as least one of the below

  • academic enrichment - English language arts, math, science, social studies, art, music, theater, career and technical, and other areas
  • social emotional wellbeing
  • physical wellbeing

 

The total sum to be awarded will not exceed $250,000 for all programming provided during the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school years (typically late August through late May). Multiple proposals may be selected and awarded funds based on the configuration of services and costs.

All proposals are due to the Midland Public Schools by March 21, 2022

Proposal should be limited to five pages (excluding supplemental attachments) and be emailed to millerpm@midlandps.org

RFP Specifications for: Purchase of Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus CE Python and Texas Instruments TI-30X IIS Calculators

The Successful Bidder shall provide:
a. 25 Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus CE graphing calculators EZ Spot Teacher Packs (10 EZ Spot Units, rechargeable batteries, 5 USB cables, 5 unit to unit cables and one charging unit)
b. If covers are not included in teacher packs: 25 Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus CE slide cover 10 pack (EZ spot yellow)
c. 45 Texas Instruments TI-30X IIS Scientific Calculators.
d. If covers are not included with calculators: 45 Texas Instruments TI-30X IIS slide covers.

The Successful Bidder shall provide all goods onsite for the materials/devices.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. local time on February 1st, 2022 at which time bids will be opened and read aloud for presentation to the Board of Education at their next regularly scheduled meeting. No oral, telephonic or facsimile proposals will be considered. No proposals will be considered after time of closing of bids other than an act of God, determined by the district.
